Q. How do I make a reservation ?

Q. Are your shuttles non smoking ? Air conditioned ?
All of our cars are non smoking and air conditioned. Also, they meet all the safety requirements of the French Ministry of Transportation.

Q. How do I call from the Airport ?
If you do not have access to a mobile phone, use the public phone at the airport and Contact Edward at +33 (0) 6 27 78 73 52.

Q. What happens if my arriving flight is delayed?
We track your flight on the internet so we are aware if you will be arriving late. If you are 1 hour late or 6 hours late we will have a driver for you at the airport, so please make sure you call the contact number when you arrive. However, if your flight arrives late, after our normal working hours, that is after 8 pm, go directly to the the pre arranged meeting spot. We will have done our best to arrange for a driver to pick you up there, as long as you let us know of the delay of the flight.

Q. What do I do if someone at the airport proposes to take me into Paris ?
You must be aware that drivers operate at the airports without authorisations or proper insurance, and you may be charged more than you arranged with us when you arrive at your depart. Make sure you get in a van with “France Connexion” signs on the side. Also, if you leave with another car than ours from the airport, we may have to charge your credit card.            

Q. Should I tip the driver ? How much ?
It is up to you whether you want to tip the driver or not. If you are happy with the service he gave you, it is customary to tip between 10-15%.

Q. How many stops does the van make ?
The van will do maximum two stops after your pick up in Paris. When you arrive at CDG or Orly the van generally takes less people and stops maximum twice before you are dropped off. Our dispatchers do their best to get you to your depart in the less possible time. If you are travelling with a group of friends, then we will drop all of you no matter how many stops it takes.

Q. What airports do you serve ? Do you do train stations ?
We serve Roissy Charles de Gaulle (CDG), Orly (ORY) and Beauvais (BVA) airports, as well as all the parisian train stations and the TGV train station at Roissy Charles de Gaulle.

Q. How far in advance can I change or cancel my reservation ?
Reservations can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before transfer with no charge.

Q. At which terminal will the driver drop me off ?
The driver will drop you off at the terminal from which your flight leaves, please give him this information when you are in the car.

Q. Why must I confirm my departure 24 hours before ?
You must confirm your departure at least 24 hours in advance to make sure that all the information concerning flight times, airport and pick-up address are correct.

Q. Do you provide car seats for children under 3 ?
Yes, for safety reasons we do provide car seats for children. Please make your request when you fill in your reservation form.

Q. What are your office hours ? What hours do you operate ?
Our office and our phone lines operate 7 days a week from 7am to 11pm. Our vans generally operate between 4am and 11pm. We are available round the clock to provide you the best service possible.
Outside these hours, Contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Q. Do you operate outside Paris ?

Yes we do operate outside Paris, in the suburbs of Neuilly and La Défense. For other departs please call the number provided in the Contact Us Page.

Q. Do your drivers take credit cards ?
Yes, our drivers will accept your VISA or Mastercard in the van.
